What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, city, and email address (email is optional). That's it. This site does not use tracking cookies. If we ever add an advertising pixel, we will update this notice first.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about the Aqua Haven waitlist — launch news, install slots, and early pricing once our CSLB C-16 license is issued. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. It is shared only with the service providers that run our email and customer list, and only so they can deliver our messages to you.

Your consent

The checkbox on the form is your express written consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Or contact us directly using the details below and we will remove you completely.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information through our launch outreach. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
